Resellers pay no annual fees and are subject to just a few simple guidelines. For example, when advertising licenses for resale, Resellers must adhere to the stated minimum prices set forth in their contracts. Resellers are also expected to achieve their quarterly volume commitments and generate promotional materials, including press releases. Finally, all Resellers must display the logo and/or product logos on their Web site.
